In this fictional example, the invented data supports a 24% modeled floor when stated buyer-side conditions are met. The higher fictional headline claim appears only in the sample's invented upper-quartile results; neither figure is evidence of actual performance.

Section 01 · The Model

The risk model

01 / 06

GO modelled outcome distributions across 87 production deployments of AcmeAI Conversa over the 2023–2025 period. The model uses post-deployment telemetry from AcmeAI's platform combined with buyer-side ticket and staffing data. Deployments are grouped by ticket volume, language coverage, and CCaaS integration type to produce a comparable distribution.

CERTIFIED FLOOR · 24% 12-month AHT reduction FICTIONAL VENDOR CLAIM Best-case observed 0% +50% 12-MONTH AHT REDUCTION · DISTRIBUTION OF COMPARABLE DEPLOYMENTS

Methodology

Outcomes are measured as the percentage reduction in average agent handle time across deployed ticket categories, comparing the 30-day pre-deployment baseline against the 30-day window ending at month 12. Telemetry is sourced directly from AcmeAI's production platform and reconciled against buyer-side workforce management exports.

What the floor represents

The 24% floor sits at the 25th percentile of the observed outcome distribution. In plain language: 75% of comparable deployments meeting the stated conditions deliver at least this level of handle time reduction at 12 months. Outcomes above the floor are likely; outcomes substantially below it are correlated with the failure modes listed in Section 03.

Section 02 · Conditions of Success

Conditions of success

02 / 06

The certified floor depends on both parties meeting the conditions below. The model deteriorates rapidly when any single condition is unmet; failure to meet two or more typically produces an outcome in the lower tail of the distribution.

Buyer commitments

  • B-01Minimum 5,000 customer-support tickets per month at deployment time, sustained throughout the certification window.
  • B-02Integration with one of three supported CCaaS platforms: Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, or Amazon Connect.
  • B-03A named operations sponsor allocated at minimum 50% FTE for the first 90 days post-go-live.
  • B-04Provision of at least 30 days of historical ticket data, with intent labels, for model training.
  • B-05Commitment to a phased rollout: no fewer than three ticket categories activated in sequence.
  • B-06Quarterly business reviews with documented outcome measurement throughout the certification window.

Vendor commitments

  • V-01Onboarding completed by AcmeAI Customer Success within 60 days of contract signature.
  • V-02Model retraining performed at minimum on a 90-day cadence using the buyer's most recent ticket data.
  • V-03Service-level commitments on platform availability of 99.9% rolling 30-day uptime.
  • V-04Direct technical-account-manager access for the buyer's operations sponsor.
  • V-05Telemetry made available to the buyer in raw form for independent verification.

Section 03 · Failure Modes

Failure modes

03 / 06

The conditions below appeared in 94% of underperforming deployments in the sample. Where any of these are present in a prospective deployment, the certified floor should not be relied upon; GO will issue a deal-specific advisory on request.

Section 04 · Playbook

Best practices playbook

04 / 06

The playbook below summarises the practices most strongly correlated with deployments landing at or above the certified floor. Each item is drawn from comparative analysis across the 87-deployment sample.

Pre-deployment

Lay the foundation

  • Audit ticket data quality; cleanse intent labels.
  • Identify and onboard the named operations sponsor.
  • Baseline AHT by ticket category over a 30-day window.
  • Consolidate ticket taxonomy below 200 active intents.
  • Confirm CCaaS integration scope and test environment.
Implementation

Deploy in cohorts

  • Activate ticket categories in three or more sequential cohorts.
  • Weekly performance review with named ops sponsor.
  • Monthly retraining on the previous month's data.
  • Track AHT and CSAT on the same cadence; do not optimise either alone.
  • Surface low-confidence cases for sampled human review, not 100%.
Post-go-live

Sustain & refine

  • Quarterly business review with shared outcome dashboards.
  • Re-baseline AHT after any major workforce or process change.
  • 90-day model retraining cadence as a minimum.
  • Plan language and category expansion in defined cohorts.
  • Re-certify at month 12 if outcomes are to be cited externally.

What this certification covers

This certification covers the AcmeAI Conversa platform deployed in B2B customer support contact centres meeting the conditions listed in Section 02. The certified outcome metric is reduction in average agent handle time over a 12-month measurement window. The certification applies to AcmeAI Conversa version 4.x and is portable across the three supported CCaaS integrations.

What it does not cover

This certification does not cover: (a) deployments outside the conditions in Section 02; (b) outcome metrics other than agent handle time, including but not limited to CSAT, NPS, deflection rate, or revenue-related metrics; (c) deployments to consumer-facing contact centres (B2C); (d) custom integrations beyond the three named CCaaS platforms; (e) any AcmeAI product other than Conversa.

Validity & re-certification

This certification is valid for 12 months from the issue date and expires on 14 April 2027. Re-certification is recommended at expiry and is required before this certification may be cited in external materials (RFPs, marketing, contracts) beyond that date. The certification will be revoked early if AcmeAI releases a major platform version (5.x or beyond) materially changing the model, or if the underlying performance distribution drifts more than 15% from the modelled distribution at scheduled mid-term review.

Insurance availability

Status
Available — efficacy and value wraps
Both efficacy and value insurance are available on this certification, underwritten by an A+ rated carrier. Efficacy cover refunds rectification costs if the deployment fails to perform against the conditions in Section 02. Value cover refunds the shortfall to the certified 24% floor if measured outcomes fall below it after 12 months. Pricing is determined per-deal based on contract value and exposure.
