PipelineIQ Revenue Intelligence Platform
A revenue intelligence platform for B2B sales organisations, ingesting CRM and communications data to predict pipeline conversion and recommend rep actions. Certification is based on outcome data from production deployments. Insurance is not currently available against this certification; see Section 06.
Certification ID
GO-2026-CER-0211
Issued
02 March 2026
Valid through
02 March 2027
Sample size
64 deployments
Certified delivery floor
11%
Increase in win rate at 12 months post-go-live, against the buyer's pre-deployment 12-month baseline.
Vendor's headline claim
22%
PipelineIQ's headline claim, observed in deployments with strong sales-leadership engagement.
PipelineIQ delivers a certified 11% win-rate uplift at 12 months when conditions are met. Outcomes vary substantially with buyer-side execution; the 22% headline is achievable but observed in fewer than one in four deployments.

Section 01 · The Model
The risk model
01 / 06
GO modelled outcome distributions across 64 production deployments of PipelineIQ over the 2022–2025 period. Win-rate measurement uses each buyer's own CRM as the source of record, comparing the 12 months pre-deployment against the 12 months post-go-live. Deployments are stratified by sales-org size, CRM platform, and rep-tenure profile.
Methodology
Win rate is measured at the deal level, defined as deals won divided by deals reaching qualified-pipeline stage. The pre-deployment baseline uses the 12 months immediately prior to PipelineIQ go-live. The post-deployment measurement uses the 12 months following a 90-day stabilisation period. CRM data is taken as the source of record; data hygiene scoring is applied as a covariate in the model.
What the floor represents
The 11% floor sits at the 25th percentile of the observed outcome distribution. The distribution is wider than typical for product-only deployments, reflecting the substantial dependence on buyer-side execution. The model identifies four buyer-side conditions as the dominant variance drivers; these are listed in Section 02.

Section 02 · Conditions of Success
Conditions of success
02 / 06
The certified floor depends on both parties meeting the conditions below. The model deteriorates rapidly when any single condition is unmet; failure to meet two or more typically produces an outcome in the lower tail of the distribution.
Buyer commitments
B-01Sales leadership commits to a weekly review of PipelineIQ-flagged deals and recommendations.
B-02CRM pipeline-data completeness of at least 50% across the qualified-stage and beyond at deployment time.
B-03A sales enablement function (or equivalent role) operationalises platform insights into rep workflow.
B-04Average rep tenure of greater than 12 months at deployment, with annualised rep churn below 30%.
B-05Sales process is stable for the duration of the measurement window; no major methodology changes in the first six months.
B-06Sales managers (not just reps) actively use the platform; manager activation correlates more strongly with outcomes than rep activation.
Vendor commitments
V-01Customer-success-led onboarding programme completed within 60 days, including manager training as a distinct workstream from rep training.
V-02Quarterly executive business reviews with the buyer's VP of Sales or equivalent.
V-03Monthly platform-adoption diagnostic with named remediation actions where adoption is below threshold.
V-04CRM integration health monitoring with proactive remediation of data-quality issues.
V-05Direct customer-success access during the first 90 days; named CSM thereafter.

Section 03 · Failure Modes
Failure modes
03 / 06
The conditions below appeared in 88% of underperforming deployments in the sample. Where any of these are present in a prospective deployment, the certified floor should not be relied upon; GO will issue a deal-specific advisory on request.
01"Set and forget" deployments. Buyers who treat PipelineIQ as a passive analytics layer — without leadership engagement and rep workflow integration — produce outcomes near or below zero. This is the single largest driver of underperformance.
02High rep churn. Annualised rep churn above 30% breaks the model's assumption of stable rep behaviour. Newly-hired reps reset the platform's coaching value and depress measured outcomes.
03Heavily customised CRM. CRM instances with extensive custom objects, non-standard pipeline stages, or workflow rules that block PipelineIQ writes typically result in 12-month outcomes 40–60% below the floor.
04Process change mid-deployment. Buyers adopting new sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Sandler, Force Management) within the first six months of deployment will not see the certified floor; the methodology change dominates the outcome signal.
05Misaligned expectations. Buyers expecting the platform to compensate for a weak underlying sales process underperform consistently. PipelineIQ amplifies an existing motion; it does not replace one.
06Manager non-adoption. Deployments where rep adoption exceeds manager adoption by more than 30 percentage points show degraded coaching loops and weaker outcomes.

Section 04 · Playbook
Best practices playbook
04 / 06
The playbook below reflects the practices observed in deployments landing at or above the certified floor. The dominant theme is that revenue intelligence platforms produce outcomes through changed leadership behaviour, not changed rep behaviour alone.
Pre-deployment
Build the conditions
Run a CRM hygiene sprint; target 50%+ pipeline-data completeness.
Secure a written commitment from sales leadership for weekly review.
Identify the sales enablement owner; assign workflow-integration mandate.
Audit rep-tenure profile; flag deployment risk if churn >30%.
Confirm sales-process stability for the next 12 months.
Implementation
Train managers first
Manager-track training precedes rep-track training by two weeks.
Weekly leadership review of platform-flagged deals from week 1.
Embed platform recommendations into existing 1:1 cadences.
Avoid concurrent CRM migration or major workflow changes.
Post-go-live
Operationalise the loop
Quarterly business review framing outcomes as leadership KPIs.
Re-baseline win rate after major team or product changes.
Track manager-versus-rep adoption gap; close to within 20 points.
Tie PipelineIQ insights to rep coaching plans, not standalone scorecards.
Re-certify at month 12 before citing outcomes in external materials.

What this certification covers
This certification covers the PipelineIQ Revenue Intelligence Platform deployed in B2B sales organisations meeting the conditions in Section 02. The certified outcome metric is win-rate uplift over a 12-month measurement window, as defined and measured per Section 01. The certification applies to PipelineIQ's standard deployment configurations across Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
What it does not cover
This certification does not cover: (a) deployments outside the stated conditions; (b) outcome metrics other than win rate, including pipeline coverage, deal velocity, or revenue per rep; (c) deployments in B2C sales organisations or consumer e-commerce; (d) PipelineIQ's adjacent products (Forecast, Coach) which require separate certification; (e) deployments where rep churn is structurally above 30% annualised.
Validity & re-certification
This certification is valid for 12 months from issue and expires 02 March 2027. Re-certification is required before external citation beyond that date. Mid-term review at month 6 will reassess the distribution and may trigger early revocation if the realised distribution drifts more than 15% from the modelled one. Major product releases by PipelineIQ require a fresh certification engagement before this certification can be transferred to the new release.

GO's analysis of this product category indicates that buyer-side execution variance is too large to support a value-insurance wrap on commercially viable terms. The Section 02 conditions are necessary but not sufficient predictors of outcome; deployments meeting all conditions still display residual variance attributable to factors outside the scope of any vendor warranty (notably leadership behaviour change). PipelineIQ may seek a deal-specific underwriting opinion for individual transactions where unusually strong buyer commitments can be evidenced; contact GO to scope.
