Optional Add-on

Insurance Is Downstream Evidence of Confidence in the Model.

GO certification is the primary work product. Insurance is a conditional add-on, available only where the risk model, buyer, vendor, and transaction satisfy carrier underwriting, appetite, eligibility, pricing, exclusions, and policy terms.

Two Insurance Products

Efficacy Insurance — The Fix-It Play

Subject to the issued policy, eligible remediation costs may be covered when a certified deployment does not meet the insured conditions. Coverage, exclusions, limits, and claims decisions are determined by the carrier and policy terms.

  • May cover policy-defined remediation costs
  • Can include eligible recovery resources and implementation support
  • Available only where the full risk and transaction meet carrier requirements

Value Insurance — A Conditional Financial Backstop

Subject to the issued policy, an eligible value shortfall may be indemnified relative to the insured metric. Coverage is not automatic and depends on carrier underwriting, exclusions, limits, claims validation, and policy terms.

  • May indemnify a policy-defined value shortfall
  • Adds a conditional, risk-managed financial backstop
  • Available only where the full risk and transaction meet carrier requirements

Why Insurance Is a Secondary Product

The certification is the primary work product. Insurance is a separate, conditional downstream product that exists only when an independent carrier completes underwriting and issues a policy.

That selectivity matters. If insurance is unavailable, the certification remains the primary artifact: a defensible, underwriter-modelled floor bounded by its evidence, assumptions, and limitations.
